how do you get employees involved?
An IT company operating in several countries wanted its employees more involved in the company's change process.
Our first task was to examine what generated involvement in
the company. Based on arranged workshops for instance, we defined
main indicators and helped the managers prioritise certain focal
areas to increase employee involvement.
Despite major changes both internally and on the market, the
company managed to boost its employees’ motivation within
strategic areas.
